
Global Employee Experience Strategist

This is a key leadership role that will drive the strategic agenda across employee recognition, engagement and satisfaction programs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in designing and governing global recognition frameworks, as well as experience in leading employee listening and engagement initiatives.
The Associate Director will be responsible for shaping the organization's employee experience strategy, aligning it with business objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This includes designing and executing employee listening programs, driving insights generation and action planning, and ensuring data integrity and meaningful reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Design and govern global R&R frameworks that foster a culture of appreciation.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure recognition programs are aligned with organizational values and performance goals.
- Evaluate and enhance recognition platforms for effectiveness, accessibility, and adoption.
- Lead the strategy and execution of employee listening programs (VoE, pulse, and ESAT surveys).
- Drive insights generation and action planning in partnership with HRBPs and business units.
- Ensure data integrity and meaningful reporting to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR Tech team to influence the roadmap of recognition, engagement, and survey tools.
- Support evaluation and deployment of platforms such as Peakon, Qualtrics replacements, or internal R&R systems.
- Showcase best practices in digital adoption to maximize ROI of HR tools.
