Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Global Communications Strategist to lead our international communications efforts.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global communications strategy that aligns with our enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving results through effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a global communications strategy that supports business growth and fosters employee connection across all regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders, marketing teams, and regional business leaders to drive a unified communications approach.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Serve as a strategic advisor on international messaging, positioning, and reputation management.
  • Internal Communications: Lead internal communications efforts across international markets to drive employee engagement, cultural alignment, and awareness of enterprise initiatives.
  • Media Relations: Oversee international media relations, thought leadership, and reputation-building efforts in partnership with regional and global teams.
  • Messaging Consistency: Support and enhance consistent messaging across external channels and geographies.
