Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our debt acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will possess expertise in financial management and be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising debt from financial institutions, alternative investment funds, banks, and other entities through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Preparing comprehensive market analysis and credit proposals for new and existing lenders, as well as handling lender queries related to credit proposals.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end execution of fundraising transactions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
  • Managing existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking to maintain strong relationships and mitigate potential risks.
  • Overseeing liquidity and investment portfolio management to optimize returns and minimize risk exposure.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration in Finance degree.
  • 6-7 years of experience in a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or fintech field, with a proven track record of debt raising and financial management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in raising debt end to end, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to read and understand complex financial statements and other financial metrics, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
