Job Title: Relationship Growth Specialist

Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled digital marketing professional with strong client-facing skills to manage and grow relationships with international B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in analyzing digital marketing metrics and delivering effective solutions to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that meet their specific needs and goals.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Navigate complexities of international B2B marketing, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales and growth targets, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate project delivery and monitor progress, providing regular reports to clients on project status and performance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on digital marketing and relationship growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in analyzing digital marketing metrics and using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
