Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to work on luxury villa developments in Goa.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and 0-2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, supporting billing processes, collaborating with site teams, analyzing drawings, creating 3D visuals using Google SketchUp, monitoring material usage, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and Bill: Prepare detailed estimates for civil and interior works, including measurement verification, contractor billing, and reconciliation.
  • Billing Support: Assist in the preparation of invoices, monitor payment schedules, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Site Collaboration: Work closely with site engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate work progress reports.
  • Drawing Analysis: Interpret complex drawings and convert them into quantifiable estimates.
  • Visual Creation: Use Google SketchUp to create basic 3D visuals for presentation or estimation support.
  • Material Tracking: Track material usage and assist in project budgeting and cost control.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records for audit and project closure.

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering: A recognized degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and BOQ preparation; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; basic understanding of construction processes and materials.
