We are a start-up construction company with a strong and specific focus on building high-quality, design-oriented homes. As a young firm, we see ourselves as distinct from other players in the small to medium-scale construction space, primarily because of our emphasis on:Executing unique and sometimes experimental designs created by leading architects

We are now looking to build our in-house technical team and are hiring for both senior and junior roles.

The shared objectives for this team include:A. Taking ownership of projects and driving them through to completionB. Having a solid working knowledge of civil engineering practices, and ensuring these are followed on-site every single dayC.

Day-to-day site management, ensuring that raw materials, tools, and other inventory are well organized and maintainedD. Ensuring worker safety and moraleE. The ability to source and communicate effectively with the construction workforceF.

Planning workfronts and scheduling projects efficientlyG. Developing budgets and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD (preferred)We welcome candidates who are passionate about high-quality, detail-oriented construction—regardless of experience level.
