As a Civil Finishing Supervisor at Simfy Infracon Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, with a specific focus on tiling, plastering, and waterproofing activities. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing and coordinating all finishing activities related to these specific areas on civil construction projects in Goa.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**:Supervise and coordinate all tiling, plastering, and waterproofing activities on construction sites.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement and enforce quality control measures for tiling, plastering, and waterproofing to ensure the highest level of workmanship and finishing quality.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any defects or deviations from project plans in these areas.

**Team Leadership**:Lead a team of finishing technicians and laborers specializing in tiling, plastering, and waterproofing, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Allocate tasks and resources effectively to optimize productivity in these specific finishing activities.

**Material Management**:Monitor and manage the inventory of tiling, plastering, and waterproofing materials and equipment.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary supplies specific to these activities.

**Safety Compliance**:Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site, with a specific emphasis on safety in tiling, plastering, and waterproofing activities.
Ensure that all workers involved in these finishing activities adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of project progress in tiling, plastering, and waterproofing, including daily reports, work logs, and inspection records for these specific areas.
Prepare and submit reports to project managers and senior management, focusing on tiling, plastering, and waterproofing, as required.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles specific to tiling, plastering, and waterproofing activities that may hinder project progress.
Collaborate with other project stakeholders to find effective solutions for these finishing activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Civil Finishing Supervisor with a specialization in tiling, plastering, and waterproofing activities in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of tiling, plastering, and waterproofing techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards specific to these finishing activities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, especially in the context of tiling, plastering, and waterproofing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varying work schedules.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadamba, Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
