We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Research Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse development sector projects, including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis
  • Support Policy Analysis & Research Publication Development
  • Assist in Survey Design & Data Collection Tool Development
  • Create IEC Materials & Social Media Content

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background
  • Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi & Odia
  • Clear understanding and fluency in Odia language (reading/writing/speaking) is required
