Job Opportunity: Fundraising Professional

The Drama Schools Foundation Mumbai is seeking a skilled fundraising professional to join their team.

This role will focus on building the organization's development engine, including research and proposals, systems, and donor stewardship.

  • Maintain an up-to-date donor database, researching and mapping new prospects, and preparing concise donor briefs for leadership meetings.
  • Draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with DSFM initiatives, ensuring proposal templates are current and standardized.
  • Contribute to donor newsletters, mailers, and impact communications, while leading the fundraising design and delivery of donor salons and stewardship events.

Growth Pathway & Compensation:

  • A fixed salary of ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month, full-time employment.
  • A 6-month probationary period with deliverables, focusing on research, proposals, systems, and stewardship support.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships (arts/non-profit sector preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, and presentation skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, with a passion for theatre as an instrument for social good.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, supporters, and partners.
  • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Analyze and report on fundraising results, making recommendations for improvement.
