Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for promoting educational products to schools and book distributors in your assigned area.

About the Role:

  • You will be the face of our organization, building strong relationships with institutions and partners to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Your key responsibilities include conducting product demos, training sessions, and school visits to educate customers about our offerings.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing valuable market insights to help us grow.
  • Additionally, you will participate in events, expos, and school fairs to promote our brand and boost sales.

To be successful as a Business Development Associate, you should have excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional languages), a street-smart and self-driven personality, and a graduate degree in any stream.

Other requirements include owning a two-wheeler, having basic knowledge of MS Office and local geography, and being willing to travel extensively in your assigned area.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident, and possess a can-do attitude.
