Operations Associate

We're looking for an Operations Associate to support daily business functions and ensure smooth backend processes, efficient service delivery, and a great experience for students and educators. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily office and operational tasks (scheduling, document management, material distribution).
- Manage student admissions, onboarding, and course coordination.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and LMS platforms.
- Generate and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to streamline workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation tools.
- Assist in exam coordination and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and support customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of operations experience (preferably in EdTech or tech).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and technology is a bonus.
