Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, and assisting in creating strategies to expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Contact and engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company.
- Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities to management.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,096.62 per month
