Key Role: Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced investment banking professional to execute transactions and provide financial advisory services for clients across Asia, focusing on India domestic deals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex financial models to support deal execution and valuation.
  • Manage due diligence processes, interactions with deal teams, and communications with other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research, as well as company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a focus on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
