**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for managing client banking operations, including account openings and closings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in banking operations, with expertise in Forex and Current/Savings Accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor FX market movements and provide timely updates and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth banking operations.
  • Recommend and explain banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
  • Resolve client/bank queries and complaints.
  • Negotiate bank pricing/charges.
