• Providing confirmation of hours/earnings and Eligibility of FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).
• Completing State Leave forms as well as responding to inquiries from vendors in the USA and Canada.
• Working on Employer Statements and follow-up inquiries from STD/LTD vendors.
• Disability Claims STD LTD Basic life insurance and Optional life insurance including commissions/ Mileages.
• Working on ADA American Disability Act packets for Disability claims.
• Calculating Deduction in Arrears and Billing Letters those are on Leave of absence.
