Job Role

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to spearhead all technical operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of our systems.

The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset and excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End – React Js; DevOps – CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Developing optimized codes and enforcing best practices within the team.
  • Supervising development operations, servers, and AI development-related work and maintaining synchronization.
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Identifying risks and creating contingency plans promptly.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.
  • Updating project schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Monitoring front-end performance and implementing optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
