Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development of a tech-first digital venture. This individual will be responsible for aligning technology deliverables with business objectives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely project completion.

The successful candidate will have expertise in agile methodologies, project management tools, and IT terminologies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people across teams and levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing and rolling out technology ways of working
  • Aligning on major technology deliverables with product and tech leads
  • Identifying and managing inter-project dependencies
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Coordinating smooth technology rollouts with product, business ops, and tech teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to connect with people across teams and levels
  • Familiarity with IT terminologies and experience working in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, etc.
