Job Description

As a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will lead technology initiatives for complex business problems within our technology business systems. You will contribute to the development of cost-effective systems and procedures that meet relevant business requirements.

  • Lead or participate in providing technology solutions for moderately complex business challenges.
  • Evaluate business, operational, or technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and planning direction to resolve complex business problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who can partner with business and technology teams to evaluate complex business problems and provide comprehensive technological solutions. As an internal consultant, you will use quality tools and process definition to re-engineer technical processes.

  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage project schedules and deliverables.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Document user stories, use cases, workflows, and system interactions to support development and QA teams.
