The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations while balancing responsibilities across multiple departments. This includes business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and working closely with our project team on special planning projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. You will also manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while coordinating with our project manager, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing end-to-end project plans with our operations team.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
  • Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, and project status reporting.
  • Coordinating with our sales team for kit calendar and project planning.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Observing systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
