We are seeking a driven and seasoned AI project manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level projects with a focus on AI-based product implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise project delivery, ensuring timely completion, high quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, facilitating effective expectations management and issue resolution.
  • Own the customer onboarding process, gathering requirements, and providing post-go-live support for Indian enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute project governance strategies, encompassing timelines, scope, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure business goals align with client objectives.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform future product enhancements.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, repeatable, and quality solutions within defined timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of Project Management experience in technology companies.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale enterprise-level projects for Indian customers.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project delivery.
  • Skilled in utilizing tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project to drive delivery metrics and transparency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and balancing strategic thinking with execution.
