We are seeking a proactive and strategic
AI Product Manager
with
7+
years of experience to lead the development and growth of our innovative AI assistance application designed for service and support teams and to be based at our
Mangalore
office in India and be part of our growth story.

This is a key role in a newly formed team, responsible for defining product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring delivery of features based on AWS Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver impactful AI solutions that enhance customer service operations.

A newly set up team will be in the structure of EG IT department, which main goal is to support our clients and employees with their daily activities. As our AI-based product will be integrated with ServiceNow tool, new team will be closely cooperating with ServiceNow team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI assistance app.
• Gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, customers, and support teams.
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams (Data Scientists, Developers) and business stakeholders.
• Managing product backlog, creating user stories, and ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Leading an international AI team (application developers, data scientists, ML Ops engineers) in executing the product roadmap
• Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, including backlog refinement (leading) and Sprint review meetings
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions involving AWS LLMs.
• Monitoring ongoing product performance, gathering user feedback, and prioritizing enhancements.
• Coordinating the development, testing, and deployment of new AI features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Working closely with product owners, developers, and IT operations to ensure smooth integration and adoption of solutions
• Staying informed about emerging AI and LLM developments to incorporate new capabilities into the product.
• Facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and strategic direction.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, quality standards, and security requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably within AI, SaaS, or support solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models and LLM-based products like chat bots or virtual assistant
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features.
• Experience working with AWS services related to LLMs
• Background in customer support, ServiceDesk, or related fields
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• Technical background or experience working with Data Scientists and engineers
