We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI engineer to design, develop and deploy next-generation intelligent agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks and AWS cloud infrastructure, with the ability to build scalable multi-agent workflows and optimize autonomous systems for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop and Deploy Agentic AI Solutions: Utilize frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI or LangGraph to craft cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
  • Build Pipelines and Workflows for LLM-based Agent Orchestration: Leverage expertise in building scalable pipelines for seamless agent coordination.
  • Integrate Third-party APIs, Tools and Services: Seamlessly integrate various tools and services to enable autonomous agent behavior.
  • Deploy, Manage and Scale AI-driven Solutions on AWS: Expertly deploy and manage AI-driven solutions across AWS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists and Product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Optimize Agents for Robustness, Efficiency and Performance: Continuously optimize agents for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct Code Reviews and Maintain High Standards: Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold high standards in Python development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Proficiency in Python: Showcase expertise in clean, modular and asynchronous programming experience.
  • AWS Services Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience with S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway and SageMaker.
  • Practical Expertise in Agentic AI Frameworks: Possess practical knowledge in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI or LangGraph.
  • LLMs and Prompt Engineering Techniques: Exhibit familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Multi-agent Workflows and Agent State Management: Show experience in designing and implementing multi-agent workflows and state management.
  • AI Service Deployment Experience: Demonstrate exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
  • LangChain, RAG Architectures and Vector Databases: Showcase knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • CI/CD Pipeline Experience: Demonstrate experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Possess experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Reinforcement Learning or Agent-based Simulation: Show understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation principles.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.
