Aesthetic Operations Head Job Description

Fashion TV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Operations Head to oversee the operational aspects of our aesthetic facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aesthetic operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee daily operations of the aesthetics department, ensuring seamless execution of procedures and protocols.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance patient experience, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards of aesthetic services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the aesthetics department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professionalism.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the aesthetics industry, with a strong track record of operational management and process optimization.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and best practices, with a strong understanding of operational management and process optimization.
  • Skills: Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth and enhance patient experience.
  • Financial Management: Proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and P&L responsibility, with a strong understanding of financial management and cost control.

  • Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the aesthetics field, with a strong ability to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
