
Deal Value Strategist

Mergers and acquisitions are strategic drivers for enhancing the value of a business, facilitating growth, improving operational efficiency, or reducing costs.
The significance of creating value in deals has never been more critical due to disruptions, industry convergence, technological advancements, and the shift towards new business models to remain competitive.
Many deals fail to achieve their original financial or strategic objectives, or even result in reduced value, as companies often struggle with the speed and intensity of the deal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver post-merger integration and carve-out projects
- Interact with senior leadership and clients during project delivery
- Manage multiple stakeholders within client teams and the organization
- Drive business development initiatives and practice management
- Collaborate seamlessly with global teams at client sites and our organization
- Develop complex models in Excel and executive-level presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Business Development: Support partner/director in building the practice in the north region
- Experience in planning and implementation of integrations/separations of front office and back office functions
- Deliver project management engagements with strong PMO skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Understand complex deal situations and its implications on client's/target's business model
- Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organization
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI
