Job Title: BIOVIA LIMS Application Support

Location: India

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Labvantage, Labware, Starlims, and Sample Manager. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the BIOVIA LIMS system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the system.
  • Maintain the system's optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and data management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience working with Labvantage, Labware, Starlims, and Sample Manager.
