Job Overview

You will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Implement an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a suitable project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects
  • Manage project budgets, monitor changes/variations, and ensure assigned projects meet client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines
  • Cordinate teamwork between stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration between project managers and client SMEs
  • Support negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Detail orientation, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in building construction industry, specifically managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience
  • Tech-savviness and experience adopting digital technology initiatives
  • Able to work under pressure, independently with minimal supervision
