Job Description:

We seek an experienced Corporate Communications leader to oversee our India communications efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, aligning with global objectives, to enhance brand presence and positioning in the region.

This position involves managing all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships, serving as a key spokesperson.

The incumbent will also be responsible for positioning the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead large-scale employer branding and employee engagement campaigns.

Key responsibilities include driving content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.

Furthermore, this role requires partnering with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.

The successful candidate must have excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
