
Enterprise Development Manager

The primary goal of this role is to manage a team responsible for achieving designated sales target levels. The successful candidate will be accountable for the relationship with direct and indirect business partners, drive channel partner performance to increase market reach, and oversee account receivable collections within the stipulated credit period.
This position involves identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will conduct regular in-person follow-ups, maintain professional relationships, comply with all relevant policies, and demonstrate high standards of ethics & integrity.
The area business manager will drive compliance amongst team members, develop new methods for mapping prospects, generate leads, and drive sales deals with customers in both government and private sectors. Additionally, they will promote the use of core products within prospective customer accounts, conduct training workshops for radiographers to enhance their skills, attend conferences in Radiology/Orthopedics and Veterinary, represent the company, generate tenders, and facilitate the Govt tendering process.
This role also involves appointing and managing distributors/channels for product range, planning and implementing market coverage strategies based on business potential & growth, ensuring development & engagement of channel partners throughout the year, and conducting QBR/Performance review every quarter.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Sales: Develop new business opportunities, drive sales deals, promote core products, conduct product demonstrations, and train radiographers.
- Indirect (Channel) Sales: Appoint and manage distributors, plan market coverage strategies, develop and engage channel partners, and conduct QBR/Performance reviews.
- Account Management: Develop strategic long-term business relationships, recommend products & solutions, provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts, support customer issues, and ensure accounts receivable is maintained to the desired level.
Successful candidates will have a strong educational background, ideally with a BE/B Tech & MBA degree, and at least 4-6 years of experience in radiology or medical devices equipment and consumable combination sales or service.
