Job Summary

The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of creators, proactively reaching out to brands, and building strong relationships with them.

  • Manage creators' queries via email and other channels, ensuring prompt communication.

  • Build enduring relationships with creators, leveraging empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to campaigns by sharing innovative content ideas and staying up-to-date with content trends.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships with creators and colleagues alike.
  • Basis understanding of content strategy, implementation, and campaigns, with a willingness to learn and grow.
