Content Ideator Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced content ideator to join our team. As a content ideator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative content ideas that engage and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop large-scale content initiatives that showcase consumer traction and have the potential to run across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Break down complex ideas into actionable tasks that amplify brand exposure without compromising on consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to sell these initiatives as the go-to creative expert.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong creative capabilities with a focus on big-picture thinking and factual entertainment content.
  • Ability to identify, curate, and judge ideas and effective content/creative work.
  • Understanding of traditional and new-age media formats and platforms will be beneficial.
  • Basic brand management principles knowledge is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with digital content and social media consumption is a huge strength.
  • Minimum 4 years of overall experience in TV channels, advertising, digital agencies, content studios, or similar roles.
