As a Human Resource Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our team with various tasks, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media.
  • Screening resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for the position.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Assisting with onboarding new interns and employees, including setting up their workstations and providing them with necessary equipment and training.
  • Conducting and documenting feedback sessions to improve HR processes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement and team-building activities, such as organizing events and outings, and participating in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
