Senior MEPF Systems Designer

We are seeking an experienced MEPF Design professional to oversee the design and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for real estate projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the MEPF design process from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop comprehensive MEPF design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEPF systems.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to verify adherence to design standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to source materials and equipment for MEPF installations.
  • Perform technical analysis and calculations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and testing to verify the functionality of MEPF systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Master's degree in MEPF Engineering (preferred).

  • Ability to perform load calculations and system analysis.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEPF design.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
