Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEPF BIM Coordinator with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in BIM workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving project coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MEPF models across multiple trades and disciplines
  • Lead clash detection, analysis, and resolution processes
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
  • Ensure BIM model accuracy and adherence to industry and project standards
  • Oversee QA/QC processes and support quantity take-offs/estimation
  • Mentor and guide junior BIM professionals within the team

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4-9 years of experience in BIM Coordination or related field (MEP).
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, Scan To BIM, Clash Detection & Resolution; strong understanding of BIM Execution Plan development.
