Job Title: Technical CAD Professional

Department: Mechanical Engineering

Location: Jaipur, India

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Documentation:
    • Create high-quality 3D models of Mechanical Duct & Pipe services.
    • Develop detailed drawings and documentation across project phases.
    • Prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings.
  • Project Coordination & Clash Management:
    • Participate in clash coordination for Architectural, Structural, and MEPF trades.
    • Utilize software such as Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking.
  • Quality Assurance & Deliverables:
    • Perform quality control checks for models, families, and drawings.
    • Develop and manage parametric Revit families.
    • Support modeling tasks such as model mechanical equipment supports and hanger details.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in CAD Design (Mechanical).
  • International project experience (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
  • Sector exposure to Residential, Commercial, Institutional (schools, colleges, hospitals), Transportation (airports, metro), and Data Center.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good understanding of design documentation phases.
  • Problem-solving approach in a collaborative work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team across time zones.
