We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Protection (MEPF) designer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of MEPF systems for real estate projects. This will involve working closely with architects engineers and project managers to develop comprehensive MEPF design solutions.

  • Lead the MEPF design process from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings specifications and cost estimates for MEPF systems.
  • Review and approve shop drawings submittals and RFIs to verify adherence to design standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical electrical or fire protection engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in MEPF design specifically within the aviation industry.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Revit and other design software.
  • Experience with energy modeling and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
