Business Banking Partnership Expert

The role entails providing tailored financial solutions to meet the operational needs of business banking clients and ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer experience to establish a preferred banking partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new business banking customers with a thorough understanding of credit assessment.
- Develop expertise in liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, as well as delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical thinking.
- Effectively manage the portfolio through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancements, retention, and maintaining portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferrals and covenants.
- Establish strong working relationships with branch banking for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization, and work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders.
- Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Demonstrate skills in sales planning and conceptualizing promotional initiatives.
- Education: Any Discipline
- Professional Qualification: Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience
