Investment Banking Manager

The Investment Banking Operations team is seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships and provide operational support.

  • Establish strong partnerships with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Escalate issues to internal managers to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Develop domain expertise and lead by example.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team by documenting best practices and process improvements.
Responsibilities

As a Manager in our Investment Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing operational support to clients and internal teams.
  • Identifying and proposing solutions to discrepancies and inefficiencies.
  • Leading, controlling, and motivating groups towards company objectives.
  • Auditing processes and implementing best practices to drive process improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
  • 6-10 years of experience in managing teams of at least 25 members.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on various projects.
  • Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have a strong business understanding of the finance industry with a special focus on capital markets and derivatives.
