Key Roles and Responsibilities 

As our ideal candidate, you will be leading city-wide operations to deliver timely services to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of last-mile operations, including ground staff management, deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization.

  • Lead city-wide operations to ensure on-time delivery of services to customers.
  • Manage end-to-end of ground staff & last mile operations – from deployment, training, uptime, servicing to utilization.
  • Continuously analyze processes and procedures to identify and implement improvements in customer satisfaction metrics, cost reduction, and service efficiency.
  • Design an optimized instant-delivery network to reduce delivery timelines and increase efficiency.
  • Build scalable processes that expand value propositions and can be replicated across top cities in the country.
  • Establish performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, cost per service, etc.
  • Build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters.
  • Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.
 Requirements 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last-mile operations.
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey-collar teams, and complex ground operations.
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own Performance Metrics.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
