The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, building robust operating mechanisms, and delivering

consistent financial and business performance across the organization.

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep understanding of business finance, P&L

The COO will partner closely with Business Unit Heads, Finance, and the CEO to ensure disciplined execution of strategy,

efficient operating processes, and delivery of growth, profitability, and long-term value

Strategic Operations & Governance

• 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, high-growth organizations, preferably

in technology, digital media, or advertising-driven businesses.

• Strong exposure to business finance, forecasting, budgeting, and operational

Demonstrated success in building and scaling operating mechanisms across large,
