Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Director to drive and oversee the end-to-end operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations management and be able to lead critical support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, and enhance overall operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.
  • Define, implement, and improve process flows for our operations to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Evaluate and report on transaction status, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Oversee HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Supervise Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with significant exposure to financial services and related industries.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing operations management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
