Job Title: Senior Operations Director

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing the operational functions of our organization. This role requires a seasoned executive with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management.

  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist in managing multiple assets, ensuring they meet international standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the sector.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, at least 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and 3 years in a leadership role as general manager/unit head of a hotel with an international hospitality brand in India. Proven experience in managing hospitality operations, strong financial acumen, and budgetary management skills are also required.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, 15+ years of experience in hospitality industry, 3+ years in leadership role as GM/Unit Head with international hospitality brand in India.
