Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and succession planning, and develop policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely fulfillment of critical roles.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Implement performance management systems that align with company goals, provide guidance on setting objectives, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and lead the development of learning and career development programs, facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and retention, monitor employee morale, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Work with leadership to review and enhance compensation structures to remain competitive, manage benefit programs to ensure employee satisfaction and cost optimization.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations, maintain proper documentation, and lead HR audits when required.
- Provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, employee performance, and turnover, develop and present regular reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, proficiency in HR software (HRIS systems like SAP, Workday, or GreytHR).
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
