As a GTM Offline Marketing Intern, your primary objective will be to embody FirstClub's brand during ground-level activations, society events, and pop-up experiences. You'll interact with potential customers, distilling the essence of our platform with infectious enthusiasm.

The responsibilities are varied:

  • Be the face of FirstClub during on-ground brand activations, engaging attendees and conveying our story with conviction
  • Forge connections with potential customers and communicate the value proposition of FirstClub with unbridled energy
  • Manage setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Capture valuable feedback and generate leads from these interactions
  • Be flexible, working evenings and weekends when most activations take place

For success in this position, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups – it's a must-have
  • A confident communicator who thrives in high-energy, people-facing roles
  • Comfortable navigating flexible schedules and traveling within Bangalore
  • A genuine passion for startups, marketing, and customer interaction
