Customer Experience Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with our Customer Success team as a key member responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage proactively with customers to provide top-notch service and support.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
- Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: A graduate degree from any field is mandatory.
- Languages: English and Hindi are compulsory. Additional proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no errors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred experience includes Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.
