Customer Relations Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in fostering long-term customer relationships, ensuring service satisfaction through timely updates and issue resolution.

  • Customers will primarily interact with you for inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients is paramount; this involves ensuring issues are promptly addressed and customers are kept informed.
  • You will collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve any service-related concerns efficiently.
  • Support will be required for account setup, documentation, and order processing tasks.
  • Manage escalations and maintain open communication with customers to address their needs proactively.
  • Assist in client onboarding and provide guidance on available services.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with management to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations (desired).
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
