Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive and manage the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

About The Role
  • You will be part of the founding core team of our Mumbai studio, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects that meet global standards.
  • As our client's architectural lead, you will maintain day-to-day contact, ensuring seamless project execution.
Your Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery, from project inception to completion.
  2. Lead the design team, oversee project meetings, and produce detailed meeting minutes.
  3. Develop and manage project design programmes, communicating resource needs to relevant teams.
  4. Ensure accurate financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  5. Maintain a robust Project Quality Control System, monitoring financial performance and reporting back to senior management.
  6. Effectively manage contract administration processes, ensuring our clients meet their obligations.
  7. Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team, fostering individual career development and promoting company values.
  8. Review, approve, and manage employee leave requests, expenses, and other personnel matters.
  9. Communicate important information from leadership, implement procedural changes, and participate in recruitment and inductions.
  10. Undertake regular employee reviews, providing training, development, and growth opportunities.
  11. Focus on safety and well-being, demonstrating emotional intelligence and empathy in team interactions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Architect, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.
  • Exceptional technical skills, with expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Adept at budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
