Full-Stack Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Development Lead to spearhead the design, development and implementation of full-stack solutions, architect scalable systems and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers and delivering high-performance applications. You will work on integrations, custom solutions and platforms such as Magento, WordPress and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development using modern frameworks
  • Architect scalable, secure and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI and third-party services
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress and Shopify
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality and effective documentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress and Shopify
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI and webhooks
  • Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients
  • Flexibility to work in a small company
