Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Architect to develop innovative designs and oversee their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed project plans.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations to promote effective communication.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0–10 years of relevant professional experience, including internships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, or equivalent architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and design principles, with a keen eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
