**Job Title:** AI Solutions Architect We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Generative AI technologies to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps. About the Role:
  • Solution Leadership: Collaborate with clients to translate their needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Technical Architecture: Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with external clients.
