Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned machine learning specialist to join our global AI team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement custom machine learning models for business-specific challenges, leveraging NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Design and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Optimize models using advanced techniques, including hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and popular frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and production-readiness.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models.
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
